Ceasefire’s Residential Kitchen Fire Suppression System is designed to protect your home without compromising its carefully curated aesthetics. The detection device, activation nozzles, and agent cylinders are discreetly concealed within the kitchen hood, allowing the system to blend seamlessly with the kitchen décor.

How the System Works

The system operates fully automatically in the event of a fire, eliminating the need for manual intervention and reducing the risk of incorrect firefighting.

Fire detection is carried out through a pneumatic Heat Sensing Tube (HST) installed along the length of the kitchen hood. When exposed to excessive heat, the HST ruptures at a pre-determined temperature, triggering the suppression system.

Upon activation, the Watermist extinguishing agent is discharged. The mist converts into steam on contact with fire, displacing oxygen and rapidly reducing the temperature below combustion levels, thereby extinguishing the fire and preventing re-ignition. As a clean and eco-friendly agent, Watermist causes minimal post-fire damage, protecting kitchen equipment and food items.

The system effectively handles all common residential cooking fires, including those caused by deep frying, shallow frying, baking, grilling, and roasting.
